As the evening becomes darker and twilight arrives listen carefully for the tawny owls' cries! The tawny owl is often referred to as a brown owl and is a nocturnal bird of prey. I love drawing owls and creating prints of them and even sometimes adding a simple verse that illustrates the image. This hand printed screen print features a simple colour ombre in two shades of blue with a speckling of stars and a bold flying tawny / brown owl taking centre stage. Each night owl art print in the limited edition of 20 is slightly different due to the hand printing process making it a unique gift for owl and bird lovers.
