Private Printmaking Workshops

In addition to my group printmaking workshops, individual printmaking workshops and printmaking holidays, I can also arrange private printmaking workshops. These can be arranged at your venue exclusively for your group.
I am able to bring my equipment to your venue if you want me to run a printmaking workshop for your staff, customers, birthday group, hen party group etc.
I ran several workshops for the National Trust as part of their Lymescapes exhibition at Lyme Park, Cheshire and have run workshops at several exhibitions such as the Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair as well as a lovely hen party weekend group. I would be happy to discuss organising workshops for your group at your chosen venue. Please contact me for more information.
Let’s Have Fun While We Learn
I make my sessions fun and have an ability to extract creativity even out of the most reluctant individual. Humour is very important to me and I make sure that this comes across in all of my workshops.
You can be sure that your private group will not only learn a new skill in my workshop they are sure to be thoroughly entertained with humour and banter throughout the learning process.
A plan can be developed beforehand for a workshop which will provide students with the opportunity to develop drawings and then to experiment with these through the different printmaking processes such as drypoint etching, screen printing, monoprinting and linocut printing.

Private Printmaking Workshop Availability
I am available to bring my printmaking workshop to your venue most weekdays with a few weeks’ notice. Weekends can be more difficult to secure as I am often running group workshops or attendings shows and exhibitions.
Smaller group sizes work best to ensure that there is enough time for each individual and to share the equipment but I can teach groups of up to 10 people at a time.
Pricing
Workshops are available in drypoint etching, monoprint, linocut and screen printing. Screen printing costs below include printing to paper but I can also teach printing on to fabric such as bags, T-shirts etc. Please enquire for additional costs that will be incurred to purchase these items ready for printing. Please note – screen printing workshops would require smaller group sizes.
