When Times Are Tough Card
When times are tough card taken from an art print I produced in the covid pandemic to wish somebody well during tough times or illness
Price range: £3.00 through £10.00
When times are tough card. This greeting card is reproduced from my original hand printed screen print called 'Same Storm Different Boat' and features three ships in a bottle in a turbulent storm watched by two seagulls. The screen print was created to illustrate the difficult times we have all found ourselves in during the years of 2020-2021 in the global pandemic. Many of us are living our lives in different boats but unfortunately in the same storm. I wanted to call the print 'Shit Storm' but I thought that might offend some people! Call it what you wish.

I bought two of these as prints – one for me and one for a very lovely friend. It could well be “same shit different day” but we both prefer “fail we may, sail we must”. It’s a perfect visual reminder!

We treated ourselves to this lovely print, and Lucy arranged the framing as well. It looks wonderful in a well lit corner of our living room. Lucy is our go to artist for many greetings cards too. Great work, shame I can’t post the picture in situ.
