Tortoiseshell Cat Card

This image first appeared on an acid etching called 'Tilda' before appearing as a tortoiseshell cat card. It was inspired by my own cat of the same name. Tilda is a dark coloured tortoiseshell with an orange splodge on her nose. Typical of tortoiseshell cats she has quite a unique character and her's is particular funny. For some reason, which I really don't know, she loves to lick my hands and not really anybody else's! She also regularly opens doors by jumping up and swinging intensely on the handles, not letting go until the door has opened then she is on her way again!
